Delivery & Care

Shipping

How it ships. Hand-built in the UK. Free standard delivery on mainland UK ground floors with up to two steps. Every other destination, including the United States, is quoted and confirmed with you before you order.

Delivery options. Large pieces ship by freight. When we quote you, choose one of these:

Curbside delivery: freight is lowered to the curb and you unload and move it. Only available when approved in advance.
Room of choice: carried into the room you pick, one flight of stairs included. Not unboxed and not assembled.
White-glove installation: carried in, fully assembled, levelled, and every crate and offcut taken away. This is what we recommend.

Lead time. Each jukebox is built and finished to order. We confirm your build slot and delivery window with your personal quote.

Before it arrives. Please measure your doorways, hallways and turns, and make sure the delivery truck can reach you. In an apartment or a commercial building, arrange loading dock access, a lift reservation and parking.

Warranty

12-month manufacturer warranty. Jukeboxes bought direct from Sound Leisure and used in mainland UK carry the Full Warranty. Other destinations and reseller purchases carry the Limited or Reseller Warranty. An optional extended warranty takes cover to 36 months.

How claims work. Tell us what happened and we deal with the maker for you. You never have to chase the factory yourself.

Cover period. 12 months as standard, extendable to 36 months with the optional extended warranty.

Returns

14-day cooling-off period on non-bespoke jukeboxes. Bespoke and made-to-order jukeboxes cannot be refunded. Faulty or wrongly described goods are repaired or replaced.

Freight and handling. Freight and any handling already carried out are not recoverable, and access or specialty service fees are non-refundable even when a return is later approved.

Final sale. Once a piece is installed and levelled, the sale is final.
