Do you offer white glove delivery?

Yes. Add white glove at checkout where offered. The crew brings it inside, places it in your room, and removes packaging.

Can I finance my purchase?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout with four interest-free payments or longer fixed terms.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Note it on the delivery receipt and contact returns@theamusementco.com within 14 days with a photo. We handle the carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

Are these items new?

Yes. Everything ships new from the manufacturer unless the listing clearly states refurbished.
