How it ships. Large items ship by freight on a pallet. We confirm the delivery window, the access needs and the exact cost with your personal quote before anything ships.

Delivery options. Large pieces ship by freight. When we quote you, choose one of these:

• Curbside delivery: freight is lowered to the curb and you unload and move it. Only available when approved in advance.
• Room of choice: carried into the room you pick, one flight of stairs included. Not unboxed and not assembled.
• White-glove installation: carried in, fully assembled, levelled, and every crate and offcut taken away. This is what we recommend.

Before it arrives. Please measure your doorways, hallways and turns, and make sure the delivery truck can reach you. In an apartment or a commercial building, arrange loading dock access, a lift reservation and parking.

Backed by the maker warranty. We handle any claim on your behalf, so you deal with us and not the factory.

How claims work. Tell us what happened and we deal with the maker for you. You never have to chase the factory yourself.

Built to order. If something arrives wrong, we make it right. Talk to us before you order and we will walk you through it.

Freight and handling. Freight and any handling already carried out are not recoverable, and access or specialty service fees are non-refundable even when a return is later approved.

Final sale. Once a piece is installed and levelled, the sale is final.
