How it ships. Flat $250 shipping anywhere in the United States and Canada. Other destinations are quoted. In-stock Sente cabinets ship within a few business days.

Delivery options. Large pieces ship by freight. When we quote you, choose one of these:

• Curbside delivery: freight is lowered to the curb and you unload and move it. Only available when approved in advance.
• Room of choice: carried into the room you pick, one flight of stairs included. Not unboxed and not assembled.
• White-glove installation: carried in, fully assembled, levelled, and every crate and offcut taken away. This is what we recommend.

Before it arrives. Please measure your doorways, hallways and turns, and make sure the delivery truck can reach you. In an apartment or a commercial building, arrange loading dock access, a lift reservation and parking.

Defective components are covered for the warranty period. Non-freight items are replaced with a new or repaired unit. Freight items such as the Sente cabinet and the Sente Stand are repaired in place with replacement parts and fitting instructions. Out-of-warranty repairs are at your cost.

How claims work. Tell us what happened and we deal with the maker for you. You never have to chase the factory yourself.

30-day return in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Any item that includes a computer carries a $150 restocking fee. Freight items such as the Sente and Sente Stand carry a $200 restocking fee plus actual shipping both ways, which usually runs $1,000 to $2,000. Refunds are issued within 10 business days.

Freight and handling. Freight and any handling already carried out are not recoverable, and access or specialty service fees are non-refundable even when a return is later approved.

Final sale. Once a piece is installed and levelled, the sale is final.
