Large game room items ship by freight. Here is what that looks like from order to your game room.

Curbside freight

The carrier brings the crate to your door on a truck with a lift gate. You are responsible for moving the crate inside and setting up the item. Best for buyers with help and a plan.

White glove delivery

The delivery crew brings the item inside, places it in the room you choose, and removes the packaging. Some items include basic setup. This is the worry-free option for big machines.

What to expect

The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window. Someone needs to be present. Freight deliveries are typically scheduled Monday through Friday during business hours.

Delivery times

Freight takes longer than parcel. Most large items arrive within 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location. Made-to-order items add their build time on top. Every product page shows availability so you know before you order.
