How it ships. Large items ship by freight and accessories ship by ground carrier. We confirm the delivery window, the access needs and the exact cost with your personal quote before anything ships.

Delivery. This item ships by ground carrier. An adult must be present to receive and sign for it.

Before it arrives. Please measure your doorways, hallways and turns, and make sure the delivery truck can reach you. In an apartment or a commercial building, arrange loading dock access, a lift reservation and parking.

Backed by the maker warranty. We handle any claim on your behalf, so you deal with us and not the factory.

How claims work. Tell us what happened and we deal with the maker for you. You never have to chase the factory yourself.

Built to order. If something arrives wrong, we make it right.

Freight and handling. Freight and any handling already carried out are not recoverable, and access or specialty service fees are non-refundable even when a return is later approved.

Final sale. Once a piece is installed and levelled, the sale is final.
