How it ships. The finished piece is crated and shipped to a freight terminal within 10 miles of your home. A vetted installer collects it there, delivers it, installs it and takes the crates away. It is never left at your curb.

Delivery options. Large pieces ship by freight. When we quote you, choose one of these:

• Curbside delivery: freight is lowered to the curb and you unload and move it. Only available when approved in advance.
• Room of choice: carried into the room you pick, one flight of stairs included. Not unboxed and not assembled.
• White-glove installation: carried in, fully assembled, levelled, and every crate and offcut taken away. This is what we recommend.

Lead time. Built to order in California. Lead time is 12 to 16 weeks from the date we receive your 50% deposit and your final approvals.

Before it arrives. Please measure your doorways, hallways and turns, and make sure the delivery truck can reach you. In an apartment or a commercial building, arrange loading dock access, a lift reservation and parking.

Hand-built in California under strict quality control. Every shipment is insured, and 11 Ravens repairs or rebuilds any piece damaged in transit.

Installation and your warranty. On most brands the manufacturer warranty is only valid when the piece is installed by a certified technician. Self-installation or an uncertified third party can void it. We arrange the certified installer for you, so your cover stays intact.

How claims work. Tell us what happened and we deal with the maker for you. You never have to chase the factory yourself.

Made to order for you, so an 11 Ravens piece cannot be returned once it has been built. If something arrives wrong, we make it right.

Freight and handling. Freight and any handling already carried out are not recoverable, and access or specialty service fees are non-refundable even when a return is later approved.

Final sale. Once a piece is installed and levelled, the sale is final.
