Shipping Policy

Here is exactly how delivery works, so there are no surprises.

What you pay

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of the item. Arcade machines, pinball machines, and pool tables ship by freight. Smaller items ship by parcel.

How long it takes

In-stock items usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order items are clearly marked with their build time on the product page. You get a tracking update the moment your item ships.

Freight delivery

Large items arrive on a freight truck. You will get a call to schedule a delivery window. Someone needs to be available to accept the delivery and check the crate for damage.

White glove delivery

We offer white glove delivery on most large items. The crew brings it inside, places it in your room, and removes the packaging. Available at checkout where offered.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your item arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and tell us within 14 days. We handle the claim with the carrier so you do not have to.
